2014. március 13. és 15. között a Tübingeni Egyetem, a Bécsi Egyetem és a Ludwig Boltzmann Intézet szervezésében Urban Space and Multilingualism in the Late Habsburg Empire címmel nagyszabású nemzetközi konferenciára került sor a Bécsi Egyetem Kelet-Európa Történeti Intézetében. A rendezvényen intézetünket Réfi Attila képviselte, aki Linguistic Knowledge and Cultural Transfers in the Habsburg Army from the Late 18th Century to the Middle of the 19th Century.
